Demo Submission Policy Back

We are accepting all genre submissions except hip hop currently.
If your band is serious about a career in music and you have an extremely strong work ethic, we would be happy to receive your band's demo package for our consideration. We do accept un-solicited material however, due to the high volume of packages we receive, we can only respond to the bands that we are interested in working with. A band's work does not stop once it gets signed, that's when the real work begins! The absolute best way to get your band's material directly into the hands of our A&R department for consideration is to send us a demo package in the mail. Demo packages should include a CD, promo picture of the band, and the band's biography. In addition we would like to see press clippings, reviews, past tourdates, video footage of live performances and anything else which you think would show that your band is different from the thousands of other submissions we receive. Show us stuff that will make us believe your band is worth our time, money, and effort. Make us believe that your band is worth the risk and it will work hard as a partner in building your brand and taking your band to the next level.

Some key things to remember to include are:
Contact information for the band's manager and/or members (name, email, mailing address, phone, etc...)
Write the name of the band really big on the outside of the package

If you only have a demo song and no press kit or marketing items, that is fine too. We look for talent and commitment. Recording quality of your demo is not as important as the quality of the songs and talent.
